Pricing questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many platforms we look after and how much routine work there is. Tell us about your stack and we'll send a fixed quote within one business day. The fee we agree is the fee you pay.

Which plan is right for us?

For a defined, one-off piece of work, a fixed-price project is simplest. To hand off the day-to-day on one platform, choose Essential Support. To have your whole stack run, including projects and integrations, choose Full-Service. If you're not sure, book a call and we'll recommend one.

Is there a minimum term on the monthly plans?

No. The plans roll month to month. We'll agree a sensible starting period so the work gets done, but you're never tied into a 12-month contract.

Can we switch plans?

Yes. You can move between a one-off project and a monthly plan as your needs change, scaling up for a big build and back down when things are steady.

What does "one platform" mean on Essential Support?

One core platform, such as your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) or your marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua). Full-Service covers all of them and the integrations between them.

What does "unlimited support" include?

Routine operations work handled within the plan: administration, builds, fixes and reporting. Large projects with their own scope sit inside Full-Service or are quoted as a fixed price.

Who pays for tools and licences?

You do, directly, so you stay in control and there's no markup. We work inside your tools.
